Bacon wrapped salmon is an easy dinner idea that took me less than 30 minutes to prepare and cook. The bacon fat infuses flavour on the salmon and helps to keep it extra juicy.
If you don’t have bacon, you can use prosciutto which will crisp up on the grill and provide a salty addition to the fish. If you don’t want to use the grill, the oven will do. Enjoy!
