This post is sponsored by Good & Simple Muffins and Bars with the samples complimentary for me to try out. The opinions in the post are entirely my own.
I am super excited that Good & Simple Muffins and Bars was recently launched in Ontario. I started a new job this month, so my mornings are a little hectic getting my kids ready to leave the house. The Good & Simple Muffins and Bars are perfect “on-the-go” baked goods that I can add to my lunch box. They are also my kind of breakfast item, as it goes well with coffee or tea.
Biting into each baked good (yes, I tried them all!), I liked that I could see the oatmeal, walnuts and blueberries inside. The baked goods are made with real ingredients like cranberries, bananas, walnuts, blueberries, chocolate chips and flax seeds. Also, each Good & Simple Muffin and Bar is made with whole grains and with no artificial flavours or colours. My kids and I have voted the banana bran muffins as our favourite. I put the muffins in the microwave for about 10 seconds so they have a freshly baked feel to go along with their freshly baked taste.
Good & Simple Muffins are available in three flavours including Banana Bran, Fruit and Fibre (with blueberries and cranberries), and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal.
The Good & Simple Bars are also available in three flavours including Walnut and Grains (with a touch of real maple syrup), Cranberry Orange and Flax, and Blueberry Oatmeal.
This product gets a thumbs up from me for taste and convenience.
The Good & Simple products can be found at Freshco and Metro grocery stores across Ontario. For more information, check out https://www.facebook.com/GoodandSimpleCA/.
