On Remembrance Day (Nov 11th) at 9:00pm EST on the W Network, watch me battle the belt and cook in the PRESSURE COOKER kitchen with my mentor Chef Eric Greenspan! This is a MUST WATCH episode.
About Episode 6:
Host Anne-Marie Withenshaw welcomes back returning guest star Hugh Acheson who brings out the best in home cooks Mary Tang and Carol McKenzie, and introduces guest star Eric Greenspan who pushes home cooks Matt Hunt Gardner and Scott Doust to their limits as they square off against each other and the belt. It’s a final round that sees home cooks take some big chances and test the patience and palette of Tasting Expert Giles Coren. (Source: W network)

November 12, 2014 at 9:34 amWatched Pressure Cooker last night. Great job!
You seemed calm and in control…..I would never be able to remember a waffle recipe on the fly. Baking is not my favourite without a recipe in front of me to fall back on.
I think that Giles is adorable and a great food critic. Was he?
Are you happy that you participated? Would you recommend it to other home cooks?
Any tricks or tips?

November 13, 2014 at 11:43 amThank you Kim for tuning in! I don’t have a sweet tooth so I don’t bake a lot of desserts at home. I love pancakes, crepes and waffles though!
Yes, Giles is adorable! It was an honour for him to try out my food. He was incredibly nice in real life!
This experience was amazing and one of the best experiences of my life! I would recommend this to other home cooks who want to challenge themselves to cook under pressure. I love being challenged!
Make sure you are not shy on TV because everyone they casted can speak in front of a camera comfortably from what I have seen.

Not sure on the shy but I would be very nervous and if it was Gordon Ramsey i would probably cry if he yelled at me! 🙁
