Brush both sides of the steak with a thin layer of oil. Season each side of the steak with Grace Ginger Garlic Pimento seasoning, followed by Grace Ground Black Pepper. Refridgerate the steak overnight uncovered.
Take out the steak about one hour before grilling to allow the steak to get to room temperature. Season both sides of the steak with salt.
Heat up the grill to 500 degrees F. Place the steaks on the grill and cook to desired doneness. About 3 minutes per side for medium rare. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes.
Cut to desired size and serve.
Cooking times will vary. The steak can be cooked in a pan as well.
